1. Complete personal details section

2. Select either the pre-made packs or create your own pack with individual items adding to the master carton quantity.

3. On completion, scroll to the base of the form and hit submit.

All charges are inclusive of GST and delivery.

​

You can order less than master carton quantity (minimum order - 50% of carton size) and mix different sizes but the following additional charges will apply:

- Under master carton quantity - $3 per piece

- Over master carton quantity but below two master carton quantity  - $0.50 per piece

- Mix sizes selection - supplementary price on form submission
